Seafood Italian Salad

Gambino’s Italian Olive Salad Recipes Tuna Appetizer

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12oz cod fillets cooked
  • 12oz calamari cooked
  • 12oz shrimp cooked
  • 8 cups Gambino’s Olive Salad
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons table salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 large red onion chopped
  • 1 large celery chopped fine

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all together and serve over chilled lettuce.
