Seafood Italian Salad

INGREDIENTS:
- 12oz cod fillets cooked
- 12oz calamari cooked
- 12oz shrimp cooked
- 8 cups Gambino’s Olive Salad
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons table salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 large red onion chopped
- 1 large celery chopped fine
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all together and serve over chilled lettuce.
