Sicilian Cheese Fondue

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of Fontina cheese
  • 11/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil (from the olive salad)
  • 5-6 egg yolks
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of Gambino’s Italian Olive Salad
  • 1 loaf of Gambino’s French bread

DIRECTIONS:

Toast New Orleans French bread in oven at 400° for 4 minutes until golden brown. Then mix 1 cup of Gambino’s Italian Olive Salad and 1 can of drained 5oz. tuna. Then top on bread with one slice of roasted red pepper.
