The original Olive Salad for muffulettas was a combination consisting of olives diced with celery, cauliflower and carrot, seasoned with oregano and garlic, covered in olive oil, and allowed to combine for at least 24 hours. Over the years, we’ve experimented with, and added several varieties to include pepperoncini and jalapeno of olive salad to appeal to wider tastes. This all natural and Gluten free product will sure add a differentiating product to your offerings!
