Heating Instructions

Boil in Bag Method
Place unopened bag in large pot of simmering water and heat for approximately 40-45 minutes from frozen or 25-30 minutes if defrosted, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Carefully open top corner of bag with a pair of scissors and pour into serving container.

Open Pot Method
Empty defrosted contents of bag in a pot large enough to fit product and place on low heat. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer stirring occasionally. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes until heated to at least 165 degrees.

Microwave Method – do not microwave food in the bag!
Place product in a microwave safe container and cover lightly. Heat on 50% power for approximately 10 minutes, stopping and stirring often, until heated to at least 160 degrees.
