At Checkout, you will be given options on the delivery and the costs associated with the delivery option. This cost will be added to the product choice. If more than one product is chosen, you will be charged with delivery costs to each product separately.
If you chose the overnight option, you will receive the product the next business day. If the next day is a Saturday, you will receive the product on the following Monday unless the Monday is a holiday. There is Saturday delivery in some cases, but an extra charge will be applied to the order if it is available. You must call 800-487-6292 and we will contact the delivery company for the extra cost.
If you choose the ground option, it will be between 1-5 days from the time it leaves our facility and you receive the product, depending on your location. The delivery companies do offer Saturday ground service if that is the option you choose at no charge.
If there is problems with the delivery which is not at the fault of the delivery company (such as weather or act of God), we are not responsible.
