24 Pack per case. The Muffuletta bread was originally invented in New Orleans and is now recognized as a national one. The word Muffuletta derives from an old Sicilian word “muffa” which describes a large, round, dense bread covered with sesame seeds and is stuffed with assorted meats and cheeses. The sandwich is not complete until it is spread with Gambino’s Italian Olive Salad. This side sandwich is usually cut in halves and quarters and sold and served accordingly.
