Olive Salad Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz fresh yeast (or 2 packs of active dry yeast)
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups Gambino's Sicilian Oil Salad
  • 4 tsp romano cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve yeast and salt in warm water (set aside for 10 minutes).
  • Then mix flour and yeast together, add milk and oil.
  • Knead dough mix for 10 minutes and shape into balls.
  • Cover with cloth for 45 minutes (to rise).
  • Add olive salad and knead well with cheese.
  • Oil baking tin and bake until golden brown.
