  • Cook pasta al dente (about 8 minutes).
  • Sauté garlic, olive salad and roasted red peppers for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  • Blend with pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Recipes can be served hot or cold. (Rigatoni is better served cold.)
